Quick Change: A Big Ol Honkin Rug

Am I finally embracing my Texas roots with the title of this post?

I kinda hope not...I just don't like country music ya'll.

There I go again...

I bought another discontinued rug from Wisteria Flea Market for our master bedroom.

I didn't realize how big it would be in our room until I got it home. But I kinda like it this way.

From this:

To this:

It's a dhurrie so it still needs to flatten out a bit. I plan to put some carpet tape under it asap as well.

It goes so beautifully with our new curtains!

What do you think? Bold right? I wouldn't have it any other way.

I absolutely ADORE it. I'm literally kicking myself for not buying it when it was readily available now! I think it's good that you're moving that kantha on the headboard to the end of the bed, because they go so well together and I don't love the blue coverlet with it.

Amazing Amazing.
